The watermelons used are Kanazawa watermelons, which are grown on sand dune land near Kanazawa, where the temperature difference between morning and evening is extreme.
The young farmers work together to research and work hard every day, and their passion has a tactile crispness to it,
We grow the excellent Kanazawa watermelon, which has a high sugar content. Salt ‘DENEN’ produced in Noto is added to it.
Because watermelon and salt go well together, the sweetness of the watermelon is even more pronounced, resulting in a tastier cider.

すいかのジューシーさと甘みがギュッと一本に詰まったサイダーです。「DENEN」も加わり程よい甘さになっています。 使用しているすいかは、金沢近郊にある朝晩の寒暖差が激しい砂丘地で作られている「金沢すいか」です。 若い農家が一丸となって日々研究・努力し、その情熱が歯触りの良いシャリ感があって、 糖度の高い絶品の「金沢すいか」を育てています。そこに能登で作られる塩「DENEN」を加えています。 すいかと塩は相性がいいため、すいかの甘みがさらに際立ち、より美味しいサイダーができました。
