This junmai ginjo-shu is carefully brewed using only contract-cultivated Yamadanishiki and Kinmonnishiki.
It is characterized by its rich ginjo aroma and a crisp, clean taste with a soft, full flavor of rice.
The fruity aroma of a ginjo-shu may make the first cup a delicious drink, but if the aroma is too strong, it can become tiring after a few sips, Kagatobi Junmai Ginjo” is a delicious ginjo-shu that can be drunk over and over.
It is a rich junmai ginjo-shu with a well-balanced aroma, flavor, and taste that you will never get tired of drinking.
