Our production method is true to the basics, but not unnecessarily eccen- tric. Alembic will continue to create drinks that can accompany people in their daily lives, where they share intimate moments over meals.

霊峰白山から流れ出る湧水を使用した金沢発のドライジン。
ジュニパーベリーの香りをじっくり引き出すために通常よりも多く使用し、
グレープフルーツのようなフレッシュな柑橘系の香味とその他の香味が
きりりと絡み合う仕上がりになりました。ジンラバーの皆さんにはもちろん、
ふだんジンに馴染みのない人にも飲みやすく、
“おかわりしたいな”と思ってもらえる香味づくりを目指しました。
