CHIKUHA hyakumangoku no Shiro daiginjo saved by shata brewery

Sake production was abandoned due to Noto Earthquake 2024, but the sake mash was saved and produced with the help of Shata Brewery.
This Daiginjo sake is made from Ishikawa Prefecture’s original sake rice, Hyakumangoku no Haku, which is literally produced in the areas of Noto and Hakusan. Very valuable and limited in production.
