KAGATOBI gokkan Junmai dry | 720ml

Delicious dry junmai sake brewed in the cold. It is a junmai-shu made by low-temperature fermentation in the harsh winter season, which is the most suitable time for sake brewing. It is light, crisp, and dry, but at the same time, it is “deliciously dry” with a generous spread of rice flavor. The crispness that spreads in the mouth makes the next cup of sake even more enjoyable. As a standard junmai sake, it is widely supported by everyone from beginners to sake connoisseurs.
