Kagabocha is roasted green tea made in Ishikawa Prefecture using tea stems. This is a fragrant sake-brewed liqueur made by steeping Kaga Bocha® in sake and slowly extracting the fragrant flavor of the bocha.
The soft, slightly sweet, fragrant aroma of Kaga Bocha® is pleasant, and when you put it in your mouth, you can enjoy the refreshing taste of the sake along with the umami of the bocha. The unique aroma of roasted green tea refreshes the meal,
while the lingering aftertaste from the sake works synergistically
with the meal, making it ideal for drinking with meals.
